5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.2. Cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on timing and the nature of the service.
5.3. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials, reports, and proprietary tools created by C-Sure Consulting remain the property of C-Sure Consulting unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6.2. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for their internal business purposes only.
7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1. C-Sure Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
7.2. C-Sure Consulting’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services that resulted in the claim.
7.3. Clients must notify C-Sure Consulting within 14 days of any incident that could lead to a claim. Failure to do so may impact the ability to recover damages.
8. Exclusions of Liability
8.1. C-Sure Consulting will not be liable for:

Damages due to third-party actions, including cyber-attacks, fraud, or data breaches.

Issues arising from client-provided information or decisions based on such information.

Any failure resulting from factors outside our control, including natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures. 8.2. Liability does not extend to any indirect losses, fines, penalties, or punitive damages.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of business.
9.2. This confidentiality obligation continues after the termination of services.

11. Insurance and Claims
11.1. C-Sure Consulting is covered by professional indemnity insurance. Clients must not make any admission of liability or settle claims without prior written consent from C-Sure Consulting.

13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
